airBaltic’s first TravelLounge client services centre is opening its doors today, January 8, at Tērbatas Street 14 in Riga.

The centre will sell airline tickets, as well as airBalticTravel.com travel packages (flight + hotel) for low prices. Clients will be able to change passenger names, travel dates and routes, pay for baggage transport, purchase prepaid airBalticcard Mobile calling cards, AirportExpress tickets, BalticTaxi coupons and airBaltic gift certificates, as well as receive consultations on airBaltic products and services. The new centre will also provide services to BalticMiles loyalty programme members.

The airBaltic TravelLounge will be open at Tērbatas Street 14 from Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In order to celebrate the opening of the new facility, airBaltic offered the first 200 visitors to the centre a chance to purchase one-way tickets to any destination (except Dubai and Tel Aviv) for just LVL 19, including all taxes and fees. In spite of fierce cold (-11 degrees C), people started to form a queue at the doors of the centre the previous evening so as to ensure that they could be among those who could purchase the cheap tickets when the centre opened its doors at 9:00 AM. Taking into account the great interest airBaltic offered additional 300 tickets.
